GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
The following is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website owned by Hayedos Roble SL, (hereinafter the provider or the company). The acceptance of this document implies that the user or client:

These conditions will have an indefinite validity period and will be applicable to all the hirings made through the website of the provider.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.
IDENTITY OF THE PARTIES
On the one hand, the provider of the Services or Activities contracted by the user is Hayedos Roble S.L. CIF B39850946, and with customer service telephone number 942873529 and, on the other hand, the user and / or client. The user is the person who reserves through the booking form (or by email) and will be responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the service provider. Reservations under 18 are not authorized.
The client is the person for whom the service is contracted and who enjoys it, and may or may not be the same person as the user.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between the provider and the user and / or client. At the moment in which the user accepts these conditions during the contracting process (always through the corresponding box), he also accepts his responsibility to transmit and inform the final client (in case of relapsing into a different person) about the present conditions and All the booking conditions specified here and accepted by the user at the moment of contracting the service will be transferred to the final client.
The contractual relationship of purchase involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.
PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT
The official language of this web page is Spanish, and for any error in the translation, the official version in Spanish prevails. In any case, the hiring platform of the provider will inform the user, once the hiring procedure is finished, via e-mail regarding all the characteristics of the contracted service.
The reservation will be confirmed when the user receives the final confirmation of the same, once the advance payment for the service has been made. It is important that you review the cancellation conditions, changes to the reservation and compensation.
Participation in tours of unaccompanied minors by at least one adult will not be allowed.
The presence of babies on the trip must be communicated in advance. Failure to communicate and acceptance of your presence may mean that you are not allowed to travel on the tour vehicle because you do not have an approved seat or seat for the trip.
The maximum age to participate in the activities of the tours (ie: hiking, biking, surfing or canoeing) is 70 years. If you want to participate in our tour you could do it without participating in the activity of the same or you should sign a document of exoneration of responsibility since our insurance does not cover participants over 70 years. Participation in tours is prohibited for people suffering from a serious illness or physical or mental disability.
Pets are not allowed in the transport vehicle for organized excursions. However, for excursions or private tours the presence of animals could be accepted with the prior authorization of the provider.
If you cancel at least 7 day (s) before the scheduled departure, no cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day (s) before the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel 2 day (s) before the scheduled departure, there is a cancellation fee of 100 percent.
To cancel your reservation and request a refund of the corresponding amount, we kindly ask you to notify us in writing. Telephone notifications will lack value as long as they are not supported by an email confirming the cancellation of the service/tour by the operator.
MODIFICATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATIONS
The reception of a confirmation email is the final confirmation of the reservation. However, in the event that the minimum group of 4 people was not finally achieved to make the excursion or that the weather conditions were adverse, the provider reserves the right to cancel the excursion giving the client the option to change the date and / or type of excursion or reimburse the full amount corresponding to the service contracted and not made.
In case of adverse weather conditions, the provider will decide whether or not to carry out the planned tour for the date in question. The denial of a user to participate in a tour alleging adverse conditions when the company has already decided to perform it will not give right to compensation.
In case of overbooking, the company will offer the client the option to make the excursion another day, or to make a similar excursion (if the amount was less than the contracted excursion, the lender would return the difference between the two prices to the client) . If the price of the excursion is higher, the client will not have to pay the supplement until the price of the new excursion offered.
If the client does not desire to make the excursion on another date, the lender will return the prepaid full amount.
Once the Tour is done, there is no possibility of requesting a payment or discount of the price of the same, unless it has not been possible to complete the route of the tour or activity included for any reason attributable to the provider.
If the client does not show up at the agreed place for the pick-up or place to start the tour within 15 minutes from the agreed time, the tour will start without the client and the client will lose the entire amount paid for the service without give rise to any type of compensation. In any case, the client will be given the option to join the tour later.
PRICE AND PAYMENT CHARACTERISTICS
The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case shall be expressed in the Euro currency (€).
The cost of the tour will be calculated according to the VAT in force at the time of the tour or excursion, regardless of the VAT valid at the time of booking. In other words, changes in the VAT between the moment of the confirmation of the reservation and its actual stay will mean differences in the final cost of the service and will oblige the customer to pay the difference.
Any payment made to the provider may be issued invoice if requested by email to the e-mail address , in the name of the user provided that the payment data correspond to those of the invoice requested. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user.
For any information about the tour or service contracted, the user can contact the company through the telephone number 942 873529 or via email to the e-mail address email@example.com. In any case, the order number assigned to you and indicated in the confirmation email of the purchase must be indicated in the subject of the message or to the teleoperator.
EHAVIOR The client is committed to showing correct behavior, showing respect for the rest of the tour participants as well as the guide. An insolent or impolite behavior will entitle the service provider to end the excursion service at any time. The client must assume from that moment at his own cost the travel expenses to return to his point of departure. Any breakage or damage to the vehicle or material used for the excursion due to negligent behavior on the part of the customer will make him fully responsible for the replacement or compensation for the damage caused. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the user, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of Cantabria.
In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Cantabria (Spain).
